  Great gym. Excellent instructors for spin and yoga. Trainers are a little intimidating but they work very hard. Swimming pool is a good place especially early in the morning or later in the evening. There are classes for the little kids in the pool that can sometimes be distracting.

  Personal training David is a vulgar scam artist! Says it is monthly and you can cancel whenever you want if money is tight and acts nice then when you want to cancels he is rude and curses. Other than that it is a beautiful gym with great equipment and membership set up is fair.
